Are your Wordpress support package prices fixed?
The Wordpress support packages listed above start from as little as £50 per month. However, no two clients have the same maintenance requirements and if your requirements do not fall into one of the three existing packages, please contact us and we can look at a bespoke package that suits you.

What tasks are included in the dedicated support time?
A modern CMS such as Wordpress is great for building and maintaining websites but they are also targets for malicious attacks. Keeping them, and their plug-ins, up-to-date is key to your website's security and therefore one of the most common tasks included in our support time. Content update requests and small design improvements are also common requests, but anything that can fit into your monthly support time is OK. Please be aware however that requests for new features for your website will most likely result in a formal quote as those commonly go over the monthly dedicated time.

What if I need something outside the Wordpress packages listed above?
If you have a task that is beyond what is included in your Wordpress Support and Maintenance Package, We will submit a quote for you to approve separately.

Does the monthly support time rollover?
Sorry but the support hours do not rollover to subsequent months. What we can assure you is that there is always something that needs doing on a website and your support hours will never be unused.

Can you support a website built by someone else?
Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. We review your website code, frontend and backend functionality, and hosting environment. The process usually takes between 3-5 business days once we have received the necessary site access. We will then provide you with the detailed findings and provide an action plan for next steps.

Do you work with other website platforms?
Yes, We primarily work with Wordpress and Joomla but have worked with a number of other platforms such as Wix, Shopify and static HTML sites. Please contact us and we will be glad to advise if we can help support your website.

What's the minimum contract length?
The majority of my Wordpress support and maintenance package agreements operate on a rolling month to month basis. We pride ourself on on offering a high standard of service and don't lock our customers into long term agreements.

Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely, we are very much about building a valuable relationship with you and your website and don’t want to lock anyone in. To request a cancellation just email us, and we will immediately stop the next payment.

What happens if my Wordpress website goes down, is hacked, breaks, etc?
The whole purpose of Wordpress support and maintenance packages is preventative care, so we work hard to prevent anything from happening. However, in the case something does happen and your website needs emergency care, we will be there to communicate with your web hosting company on your behalf. We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but can promise we will do everything in my power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of the backups.
